Captain Information and Online Registration
First step in online registration:  All new captains, team managers, or whoever is in charge of registering a team needs to go to the ARCSA website (www.arkansascentralsoccer.com), click on the "registration" tab and fill out an online team registration form here:
You will then receive back an e-mail with further online registration instructions.  These instructions will allow you to enter your team and player information online.  Once registered, the team captain or the players themselves will be responsible for maintaining their accurate contact information as well as uploading a digital picture to their player profile. Accurate player information and a valid digital picture are required to generate a player card, which, in turn is required for each player and must be presented to the referees before each game in order to be eligible to play.  Team captains will be required to print out and laminate each of their players' player cards and will also be responsible for presenting them to the referees at the beginning of each ARCSA-sanctioned game.
Existing captains can use their preexisting registration ID's.
New or Unattached Players
If you are currently not with a team, or are a new player, and wish to join one, there are two avenues you should take.  First, visit our website and then click on the "Forum" tab.  You will then want to register and create a screen name for yourself.  After doing that, click on the "Registration" tab post a profile in the form of - for lack of a better phrase - a "personals ad."  Specifically, list your full name, phone number, e-mail address, or other means of contacting you, as well as what division in which you would be interested in playing.  Moreover, it would also be a good idea to give a short description of your prior soccer experience, so captains will know what players to contact for their specific divisions. Our team captains use this page to find unattached players and one of our team captains will contact you directly if he or she has an open spot on his or her roster.
Second, please fill out the new player form at http://www.arkansascentralsoccer.com/section.asp?id=1218688064 and we can try to help you find a team.  We will do our best to locate a team for you if you have not already been recruited to join one.  If there are a number of unattached players that have not been added to an existing roster, we will attempt to create and field a new team or teams with those players at the discretion of the ARCSA.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.  Thanks,
President
